Services and Fees
A Notary Public in Pennsylvania is only permitted to charge the rates that are set by the PA Department of State and are listed below.
However, for a Notary Public that is willing to travel to you and meet you at an agreed upon location, administrative fees such as copies, record keeping, etc..,are allowable as long as these fees are stated in print and are separate from the fee for a notarial signature and stamp.

REAL ESTATE SERVICES - CERTIFIED NOTARY SIGNING AGENT
In my 34 years with the law firm, we handled many real estate closings and I have conducted several real estate closings myself. As such, I am very familiar with the closing process and the closing documents.

Notary Signing Agent fees flat rate services and are in addition to the state Notary fees.

Because ACM Notary is a mobile notary service, we do not have a physical office.
We are located in the South Hills and have two locations that we are available to meet without assessing a travel charge:
